Since 1978 I have been living and working in Markdorf/Bodenseekreis (Germany). I have devoted myself to watercolor painting since 1987.  Until 2007, I have constantly participated in courses of well-known lecturers and artists, at home and at academies in Germany and abroad.
Since 2001 I have been teaching at my own art school, the “Malstube“. With sales to public and private customers at home and abroad, I participate in many collective and solo exhibitions. It is my objective to harmonize impressions (> from Latin Impressio « Effect of the experiences on the soul») with the paint/water flow of watercolors, i.e. to dissolve reality in fading transparency.
